Build Strength and Confidence

 Get Started with an aerial silks intro, a preview that gives new students the chance to get into the fabric to learn simple poses, how to climb, and the conditioning exercises that build the strength and coordination needed for more advanced skills. 

We offer an adult program for adults and teens ages and a youth program for kids and pre-teens, so you can get started at any age and body type and progress alongside other aerialists of your own peer group in a supportive community.

Intro class is $19.99 and we will have enrollment deals and a new student gift for students that are ready to enroll in an ongoing program.
