 Lyra, also known as an aerial hoop, is a suspended steel hoop used for aerial acrobatics. 

Lyra training combines strength, flexibility, and artistry to create beautiful poses, spins, and dynamic movements in the air.

 Aerial Silks is a circus performing art that features fabric hung from the ceiling. 

The fabric is used in wraps, knots, locks, and drops to create graceful poses, dynamic sequences, and dramatic movements in the air. 

 At Sky Dancing Aerial Studio, we believe every student has unique gifts that are their own personal superpowers. 

Through aerial arts, we help students discover those strengths, build confidence, and carry what they learn in the air into every part of their lives.
