Your First Class: An Aerial Intro
Sign up for an Intro Workshop in either Aerial Silks or Lyra for just $19.99. This special class offers a new student the opportunity to get in the air with their chosen apparatus and learn some entry level poses, warm ups and conditioning exercises that support the student to build their aerial skillset.
What to Expect in Class
Plan to wear something you (or your child) feel comfortable moving in that is appropriate for aerial - most students wear sweats or leggings and a t-shirt. We care about our students having a good experience, so wear full length pants or leggings, cover your armpits, and be sure to wear socks.
Please refrain from wearing anything with zippers and be prepared to remove all jewelry upon arrival. Be sure to arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled and check out the studio.

After your intro, you'll be matched into a class that fits your schedule and offers the highest level of success in your aerial journey.
What do these programs look like?
Our progressive program offers a carefully curated curriculum in both Aerial Silks and Lyra from introductory skills to advanced.
Most students spend about 6 to 12 months building introductory skills in their chosen apparatus in a Beginner level class. As they progress, students will begin to learn more complex skills and knit them together into movement flows and sequences.

Yes, we do offer performance opportunities for both youth and adults!
Like everything worth doing, aerial training takes time, effort, and dedication. However, with commitment and hard work, we promise that aerial is one of the most rewarding endeavors you will ever pursue.
We recommend our students train twice a week to get the most out of their training.
